INGREDIENTS:

• Basil (cleansing)

• Rosemary (anti-bacterial and anti-microbial)

• Oregano (antiseptic)

• Calendula (anti-inflammatory)

• Motherwort (cleansing, pain-relieving)

• Mugwort (all purpose)

• Lavender (anti-microbial)

• Marigolds (anti-inflammatory)

• Thyme (anti-bacterial and anti-microbial)

DIRECTIONS:

Pour 4-6 cups of boiling water into a large bowl and add 3-4 Tbsp. of the herbal mixture.

Direct the steam towards your yoni for 15-20 mins with intervals if needed. Use 1-2 times a week for best results.
